Tim Webster - Director
A background in construction and joinery was a practical route into the interior refurbishment field. Tim was a self-employed joiner in London before moving to East Anglia in 1982.
When one of TWP Design's domestic customers asked for a special desk for his office, Tim saw an opportunity to enter in this field, and soon was producing board-rooms and reception areas.
Tim enjoys photography and took nearly all the photos on this site. When not working, you may spot him on the rifle range where he is still actively competing in full-bore target shooting.
Paddy Lawrence - Director
After 5 years in the army, Paddy joined the family cabinet-making company in North London, where he learnt the whole trade from shop floor to sales. He learnt every trick in the trade, and often found himself in some distant foreign city with a container load of newly manufactured cabinet-work, with the order not to come back until it was all safely installed.
Country life beckoned however, and having met Tim over 20 years ago, they joined forces, bringing his experience of top-level work to the company. Paddy manages to combine his passion for flying with work - how else can you do a survey in Carlisle and be home in time for tea?
Phil Weston - Sales Manager
After many years in the Motor Industry and the Marketing arena, Phil wanted to take his knowledge into a totally different market, so in 2009 he joined the TWP team as Sales Manager.
Using the experience and knowledge gained in the Sales and Marketing business environments his challenge was to grow and diversify the TWP Designs client base and the work undertaken. Many new clients have now joined the TWP family and the business also has new methods and processes to allow further growth in the future.
Ben - Project Manager
Having worked for many years in an Architectural company Ben moved into the tough world of Recruitment and enjoyed many successful years helping grow the portfolio of his office. However he felt that his future lied elsewhere, and joined TWP Designs as Project Manager.
This move allowed Ben to see how the drawings he used to piece together actually progressed into the finished product. Since joining Ben has enjoyed getting his hands dirty on some big projects in the capital and relishes the challenge of meeting that deadline!
Tim – Designer
After finishing art school, Tim studied at Suffolk College where he received a BA Hon’s Degree in Interior and Spatial design.
Tim then went on to work in an architectural firm as a technician for two years after which, in 2009, he moved to TWP Designs as Designer. Since then Tim has been involved in some great projects where his creative expertise has allowed some exciting and innovative ideas to come to fruition.
Odelle – Office Manager
After spending many years in both the Recruitment and Legal business environments, Odelle wanted a new, interesting and challenging role, so took up the position of Office Manager at TWP Designs.
Having now been with the company over 10 years Odelle’s knowledge of the industry, supply base and clients is a real asset to the business. Not only that, Odelle deals with all the financial aspects running the business, so has a real solid understanding of the day to day running of TWP.
