With extensive experience in all forms of commercial refurbishment (showrooms, offices, retail units and warehouses) TWP can offer its leisure industry clients a full and complete service for hotel refurbishments.

This can include the very smallest and quickest of works, such as French polishing and scratch removing, touch-up decorating or replacing worn carpets to completely stripping a suite, and carrying out a major refit.
Our total package can include design, planning, project management, demolition, building, joinery, and of course installation.

And all of this is achieved without disturbing your guests.

Repair not Replace

The fabric of a hotel receives the heaviest levels of wear, and however durable the surfaces, they get tired and worn quickly. At a fraction of the new cost, TWP delivers new interiors without disturbing the daily activity of your guests or staff.

Moving furniture is time consuming and expensive, so we have developed a method of re-furbishing on site, repairing and installing upgrades. Room interiors, carpets or furniture can often be renewed between bookings, so there is no loss of revenue.

For larger hotel refurbishments like a room make-over, the team will take over the space, using another room for storage. Deliveries and waste removal are handled with the greatest discretion. When abroad, we generally stay in the hotels where we are working as it saves money, a lot of time and makes it possible to start early and finish late.

As Hotel owners we were delighted to discover TWP's furniture renovation services, providing vast savings over replacement furniture, fittings and equipment. They offer a greener, more economical solution and produce a lovely finish on our original tables, desks and chairs

Flexible Hours

Areas with high footfall can only be tackled when no-one is there. We understand this, and work quietly and efficiently during the night.

Special Projects

This bespoke Christmas 'Tree' was 6 metres high, included 200 Baccarat bottles and a chandelier. TWP designed, built and installed it, and the hotel won an international 1st prize.

Traditional Polishing

To save transport time and costs, intricate repairs using traditional furniture building skills are performed on site.

Carpets & Flooring

Specialist works include the smallest repairs to worn carpets, to sourcing, storing and installing high quality carpet across entire floors.

We can also renovate and re-polish existing hardwood flooring.

Original Fabrications

Visible cables can be unattractive to guests. We designed, manufactured and retro-fitted 250 of these special cowls to hide the TV wires from view.

Onsite Refurbishments

Time is saved by transforming one of the bedrooms into a workshop.

When complete, all the protections are removed and the room is returned to service. Le Faubourg, Paris.

Innovative Solutions

The stunning ceiling of the Royal Suite has bespoke LED lighting, and a specially commissioned mirror. Sofitel St James, London.

Showers & Bathrooms

Because baths get chipped, and shower grout becomes worn, TWP can either refurbish those smaller elements or can source and replace entire bathroom suites.

Bars and Restaurants

This bar was made from the panels of an old shop in Holland, shipped to the UK, rebuilt in our workshops and re-installed in the style of a 'Brown Bar'. The Grand, Amsterdam.

Staff Areas

It is vital that Hotel staff have somewhere clean, safe and secure to work and to change. TWP design and install changing rooms, staff restaurants, and office spaces.

Lifts & Carriages

The specialist lift companies are notorious for long lead times.

We can revive or refit your lift in modern or traditional finishes in a more acceptable time.

Conference Rooms

With extensive experience in theatres, boardrooms and conference areas, we design and install stunning rooms complete with a modern and functional audio-visual infrastructure.
