State of the Art Service Centre Design and Build for Maranello
Inchcape owned Maranello at the time, but their own in-house team presented a budget of £1.3 million to refurbish the empty factory as a Ferrari and Maserati service centre. TWP Designs worked to a budget of £800,000 and completed the contract to create the country’s largest prestige car service centre.
200,000 ceramic tiles were hand laid to cover the floor and then the whole building was equipped to create a state of the art service facility. Items fitted included ramps, supplies for oil, air, water and communications. TWP Design also installed all heating, lighting, staff facilities and a full set of offices and sales area.
