Savills – Planning the perfect office for estate agents
The Problem
We have a long association with Savills the estate agent, and have carried out contracts for them throughout East Anglia. This site was handed over to us as an empty concrete box. The design had to fit into the corporate frame-work, but all the ideas and concepts were left to our design team.
The Solution
Acting as main contractor, we planned and equipped the site with a glazed meeting room, main sales area, storage and tea-room, plus 2 toilet facilities. 
Our responsibilities ranged from liaising with Building Control right through to making the special sales desk, a real turnkey operation. Very similar contracts were carried out at additional Savills locations in Peterborough and Stamford.
We have been involved with TWP Designs for many years handling the refurbishment of offices across the East Anglia region. Due to the size and style of some of our buildings the space planning element of their design service had to be right, and it was always excellent, delivering exactly what was put forward on the proposal.
Maintaining brand continuity is also very important to us and the quality of finish TWP provided ensured this was maximised.
