HID
Office space planning for HID. TWP Designs embarked on a lengthy consultation process in partnership with HID to discover their objectives. The design evolved over a number of site visits and meetings and was finalised during a day long brain storming session lead by TWP Designs in a conference room in St Albans.

Savills
Office space planning for Savills the estate agents. Acting as main contractor, we planned and equipped the site with a glazed meeting room, main sales area, storage and tea-room, plus 2 toilet facilities. Our responsibilities ranged from liaising with Building Control right through to making the special sales desk - a real turnkey operation.

Southgate
Office space planning for Southgate, including a shared reception area. We planned the shared reception and liaised with both dealers to ensure the final design would please both manufacturers. The ceiling was renewed, the area opened up and sympathetic lighting installed.

Office space planning for Xstrata. The brief was to build Xstrata an interior environment to the highest standard, with a light airy feel. Maximum use of the space was asked for with specific requirements for break out areas, partitioning and storage.

Planning a reception area and offices for Goodprint. The brief was to plan a modern new reception area to replace their old one which was worn out off-putting, whilst adding access to a new toilet and refurbish their office space.

Anglia TV
The Anglia TV reception area was poorly located making it difficult for visitors to find. TWP Designs planned a modern new reception to replace the original uninviting area. We designed the area making use of the columns to plan a visitors area, meeting room and curved reception desk.
