SAP - Office refurbishment including reception area and 10 conference rooms
The Problem
SAP were moving into a purpose designed new building near Heathrow with the aim to provide a state of the art solutions and office hub.
TWP Designs were approached to mastermind designs for reception, conference room and the solutions centre.
The Solution
Reception: The angular nature of the building suggested a contrasting treatment of curves and exciting finishes.
This large reception desk features 8 curved translucent front panels, each concealing a glowing light source. Set against a dramatic yellow wall, the effect is striking.
Solutions Centre: SAP are innovators in high tech solutions. This new centre enables SAP to demonstrate their innovative approach demanded by their clients. Each workstation allows visitors to interact with their product range.
TWP Designs conceived this dramatic demonstration area complete with suspended lighting raft, large curved demonstration module and matching curved walls.
Conference Rooms: SAP required 10 separate areas in which to show their range of products and services to their many visitors. A high degree of screen based methods were required, but there was also a need for traditional meeting spaces. The air of a modern, light and spacious environment was designed to give maximum flexibility.
Most rooms feature large beech paneled walls which conceal projection screens, dry wipe boards and flip charts. These are revealed at the touch of a button using motorised systems which cleverly open the panels. Both front and rear projection solutions are employed depending upon room characteristics.
