An example of an office interior refurbishment for the estate agents Savills. Acting as main contractor, we planned and equipped the site with a glazed meeting room, main sales area, storage and tea-room, plus 2 toilet facilities. Our responsibilities ranged from liaising with Building Control right through to making the special sales desk.

Office interior refurbishment and space planning for Xstrata. The brief was to build Xstrata an interior environment to the highest standard, with a light airy feel. Maximum use of the space was asked for with specific requirements for break out areas, partitioning and storage.

Cambridgeshire Research Centre
Office interior refurbishment for a Scientific Research Centre. TWP Designs started by totally stripping out the huts to ensure the structure would be sound enough to last. We then rebuilt the huts throughout to a very high standard, including all new ceilings, floors, heating and lighting.

FTC London
A traditional approach to an Office interior refurbishment project for the FTC London. With a history in high quality cabinet work, TWP Designs were able to design and fabricate the paneling in our own workshops. These were then transported to the FTC and fitted out of hours to keep disturbance to a minimum.

Barratt Lee
TWP Designs planned and installed a bespoke oak reception area complete with high quality ceramic floor tiles, leather meeting chairs and furniture including storage units and literature point of sale dispensers. The office interior refurbishment included a wall hung plasma screen and viewing windows.
