Mach 1 - Lowering commercial overheads though planning and rationalisation

The Problem

Our clients currently own an existing office in central London and obtained an adjacent property with a view to combining the two buildings to create a larger work space.

The new premises were originally a dance studio and it was TWP’s brief to de-commission the building, re-design and convert into the new space.

The Solution

After various meetings with the clients, we produced several design proposals and costings for the conversion.

Once the final design had been confirmed, TWP oversaw the various planning issues, produced structural drawings and enlisted the various specialists to complete the building works.

Internal finishes, fittings & furniture were all designed ‘in-house’ to create a seamless union between the existing office and the new.

TWP’s assistance in the development of our premises has been a crucial part of our continued growth. Given our Mews location, the help provided with planning and building regulations has proved to be invaluable in maintaining the optimum relationship with all other residents. Maintaining a low profile during any building works was executed superbly by the TWP team allowing our business to continue without disruption and also ensuring our neighbours were not disturbed. TWP would be an excellent choice for anyone considering refurbishment work.
