Daihatsu - Commercial space planning for the refurbishment of over 200 car dealerships
The Problem
Daihatsu UK needed to find a space planning and refurbishment specialist capable of planning and fitting out their entire UK car showroom portfolio.
They sought a single supplier able to manage and deliver the showrooms to the highest finish, liaise with Daihatsu about standardising the corporate look throughout the UK and able to overcome all difficulties in the individual site, without needlessly involving Daihatsu project managers.
The Solution
TWP Designs have surveyed nearly 200 dealerships for Daihatsu, and installed an established brand image in all completed car dealership refurbishments.
Daihatsu left us to independently contact the dealer, visit and recommend a layout, produce detailed 3D plans and a finished quote, which was then sent to relevant Daihatsu project managers for approval prior to work commencing.
TWP Designs completed any planning applications on Daihatsu’s behalf and the work was then carried out by TWP Designs specialist car showroom fit-out teams to the highest quality.
Speed is the key and disruption is kept to a minimum enabling the dealer to function during the refurbishment.
