Mach 1 Couriers - Commercial refurbishment of new working space
The Problem
Mach 1 Couriers acquired an adjacent property with a view to incorporating it into their existing commercial property to create a larger work space. The adjacent property however needed extensive renovation work and space planning in order to combine the two buildings.
The Solution
To bring the new building up to date, TWP Designs needed to strip down the old fixtures and fittings and remove all the out of date power and communications.
After establishing the new layout for the combined space, we then installed a complete new infrastructure, including data network, power and communications.
To complete the commercial refurbishment, we updated all lighting, heating, ceilings and floorings.
TWP’s assistance in the development of our premises has been a crucial part of our continued growth. Given our Mews location, the help provided with planning and building regulations has proved to be invaluable in maintaining the optimum relationship with all other residents. Maintaining a low profile during any building works was executed superbly by the TWP team allowing our business to continue without disruption and also ensuring our neighbours were not disturbed.
