Maranello - Commercial refurbishment of the country's largest prestige service centre
The Problem
Inchcape, who owned Maranello at the time, needed to refurbish an industrial unit and convert it into a state of the art service centre capable of handling large numbers of Ferrari and Maserati.
Their own in-house team presented a budget of £1.3 million to fit-out the empty factory as a Ferrari and Maserati service centre, so Inchcape searched for commercial refurbishment specialists with the knowledge and capabilities of handling the project and with the attention to detail required of a Maranello service centre.
The Solution
TWP Designs proposed a budget of £800,000 and were awarded the contract to create the country’s largest prestige service centre.
200,000 ceramic tiles were hand laid to cover the floor and then the whole building was equipped to create a state of the art service facility

Items fitted included ramps, heating and lighting and all services including supplies for oil, air and water.
To accompany the service bays, staff facilities and a full set of offices and sales areas were designed and built by TWP Designs.
