Reuter Brooks - Dilapidation work
The Problem
Reuter Brooks, a motorbike and delivery specialist based in London merged with Mach 1 Couriers leaving their commercial property in need of dilapidation work.
The property had to be quickly put into smart order to achieve an easy let or sale.
The Solution
Reuter Brooks had occupied the property for 10 years and completed minimal cosmetic alterations during that time. In order to make the commercial space an attractive proposition to new tenants or buyers, the data and power points needed upgrading, the lighting up-dated and the partitions, installed during Reuter Brooks’ tenure, removed.
TWP Designs completely stripped down the property, removing all partitions and structural additions.
All data, power and infrastructure was removed enabling TWP Designs to install up to date communications, power and network cables.
The ceilings and lighting were all brought up to date with modern controls and finishes and the entire commercial space re-decorated.
Finally, new carpets and flooring was laid and a thorough deep clean carried out.
