A background in construction and joinery was a practical route into the interior refurbishment field. Tim was a self-employed joiner in London before moving to East Anglia in 1982.
After 5 years in the army, Paddy joined the family cabinet-making company in North London, where he learnt the whole trade from shop floor to sales. He learnt every trick in the trade, and often found himself in some distant foreign city with a container load of newly manufactured cabinet-work, with the order not to come back until it was all safely installed.
After spending many years in the Automotive Industry, from New & Used to Fleet & Corporate as well as Prestige, Phil had an opportunity to use his sales experience and knowledge in the world of marketing.
